Over the years, we’ve held a number of family and friends ceremonies at a few beach venues. In recent years and, up to March 2020, most of these ceremonies were held in front of Bar da Praia. The ‘after ceremony’ celebrations could if required, then be held afterwards at ‘Bar da Praia’. The Bar can be used to accommodate small or larger groups for after ceremony cocktails, dinner or buffet.
Bar da Praia is a rustic style beach bar, which is also part of the ‘Oasis Group’ of hotels. Hotel guests normally use the facility during the day and evening for dinner. However, if required, it can be hired to accommodate a wedding party celebration, shared or other use.
There are now other venues along the beach available for these ceremonies.
Bookings could be made with the Oasis Group for the beach ceremony with or without booking the beach bar for after ceremony celebrations. Sole use of the beach bar for larger groups will incur additional charges. Shared use of the bar with hotel guests has been possible for smaller wedding parties.

After the ceremony, the couple enjoyed canapes and cocktails in Bar da Praia, then later, they all returned to their hotel.
As a further celebration, the couple had pre-organised their own reception dinner and disco where they were staying.
